SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

SHIPPING 
1. Regular or Express Shipping is via United States Postal Service (USPS).  
2. Tracking numbers will be provided upon purchase.  
3. International shipping is not currently available.  
4. USPS First Class & Priority Shipping typically takes 2 – 5 business days depending on your location. 
5. USPS Express Shipping typically takes 1 business day to arrive. 

 ***SUMMER SHIPPING***

We use all natural ingredients in the formulation of our products and do not include any chemicals, emulsifiers, or fillers in the production process.  As a result, our products, especially the body butters, are affected by the warm summer temperatures and may melt during the shipping process.  While we will take every precaution to limit the melting of the product, we cannot guarantee that your product will arrive in a solid or whipped state. In order to reduce the chances of melting, we strongly suggest you choose USPS Overnight or Priority  Shipping.  Additionally, we also suggest that you have the product delivered to a location where you will be able to accept it and it is not left in the mailbox or in the heat, as we have no control over the product once shipped.                 

Please note, that should your product melt during the shipping process, the consistency will change, however the product is still good. Leave the product out at room temperature for a few hours or place it in the refrigerator for approximately fifteen minutes and it will return to a solid state (though not whipped).  Although it may look different, it still has the same nourishing, moisturizing, and hydrating benefits.  

PAYMENT INFORMATION
We use the industry-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) to ensure that your online transaction and credit card information is safe. We do not save credit card information in our system.

RETURNS
Due to the nature of our all natural and organic products, we cannot assure the purity of our products once shipped. As a result, for safety and hygiene reasons our products cannot be restocked or resold.  Therefore, we are unable to accept returns.  We do however understand the difficulty of ordering body care products online, which is why we offer our butters and scrubs in sample sizes. Your satisfaction is our goal and while we truly believe that you will love our products, if for some reason you are unhappy, please let us know. We want you to have a positive experience and will work with you to provide just that.
